Pibble

In a world full with diverse canine companions, one breed has found itself at the center of misconceptions and stereotypes – the pitbull. As the pages of history unfold, pitbulls have been unfairly stigmatized, often labeled as aggressive and dangerous. However, behind the misleading headlines and misguided beliefs lies a complex and loving breed that, when properly understood and cared for, can become an invaluable member of any family.

My project for my senior thesis aimed to dismantle the prevalent misconceptions surrounding pitbulls and foster a deeper understanding of their true nature. By combining education, empathy, and advocacy, Pibble aimed to create a space where these incredible dogs can be appreciated for the loyal, affectionate, and versatile companions they truly are.

I created everything from posters, stickers, and bandanas, to laser engraved rawhide free dog treats, and a calendar with pitbulls from shelters that were up for adoption as well as my own dog.
